Shipping Policy
At Equestrian Pro Supply, accessible from equestrianprosupply.com, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We know that when you order new tack, apparel, or gear for your horse, you are eager to receive it. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and delivery timeframes to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We utilize a variety of trusted carriers to deliver your packages, including UPS, USPS, and DHL. For standard shipments, we may choose the most economical carrier for the size and weight of your package. This sometimes includes “Mail Innovations,” where a carrier like UPS or DHL transports the package to your local post office, which then completes the final delivery with your regular mail. For expedited services, we primarily use UPS to ensure prioritized and timely delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, as well as U.S. territories including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. We also ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via the U.S. Postal Service to support our military community.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order subtotal, the shipping method you select, and the destination. Delivery timeframes begin from the shipment date, not the order date, and are estimates provided by the carriers. Please note that “business days” are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
For APO, FPO, and DPO addresses, a supplemental shipping charge is added to cover the cost of USPS Priority Mail shipping.
Oversized Items
Certain items that are large, bulky, or irregularly shaped may be classified by the carrier as “Oversized” or “Overweight.” This primarily applies to items like saddles, large blankets, heavy equipment, or extra-long goods. If an item in your order is subject to these carrier surcharges, the shipping costs displayed at checkout will reflect these additional charges, as they are beyond standard packaging rates.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier’s website. You can also track your order status directly through your account on equestrianprosupply.com.
